1.1 Collection
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, postal address, other information required for our booking systems such as your IC number, Photo verification of IC (back and front), vehicle details. Your bank account number is required for payouts
1.2 Usage & Purpose
Permissions
1. "GPS" Permission: We log your location data in order to provide you with the nearest bookings available when customers request them.
2. "Camera" Permission: To retrieve card details, and uploading of profile picture. We do not store any data related to credit cards and your camera roll.
3. "Storage" Permission: We store signatures for transactions in your devices, you have to manually allow it if you did not grant permission the first time.
4. "Internet" Permission: We require an ongoing internet connection to provide you with bookings and access to transactions, and most of the features available in the app.
In order to provide a better experience for our software, we utilize third-party softwares. We use your information to:
- Communicate with you via your email address.
- Only some of your details are shared with customers to identify you, such as your vehicle details and name.
Collected personal data may be transferred to selected third parties, which may be located outside of Singapore as part of the services offered to you through our software, such as for our booking and receipts system. These third parties will not use your personal information for any other purposes than what we have agreed with them.
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. We also collect information through our software whenever you use our Service. This data will include your current location (for drivers) and time of use in order to provide for our customers a better experience. We additionally log your IP and location during a transaction for security purposes.
